STANDARD ORDER
If your marriage es in more than 4 months, your dress is a "custom design dress". This means that your dress will be handmade especially for you in our workshop, in your size range and height. Your measurements will determine the size and proportions that best suit your body. Your order will be shipped approximately 5 weeks before your wedding date, with all the corresponding adjustments made by rectifying your measurements one week prior to shipment.
PRIORITY DRESS
If your marriage es in less than 4 months, you are a bride with a PRIORITY DRESS.
As your wedding dress will immediately go into production, you must submit your measurements with an online guide, with one of our assistant designers within the next 48 hours after placing the order, to guarantee on-time delivery. If the measurements are not sent within the next 48 hours after the completion of your order, which could be delayed it is not the responsibility of NVD. As long as the measurements are taken in the required time, your order will arrive no less than seven days before your wedding date.
If your marriage is less than 6 weeks away, please send an urgent email to a ventas@nevadanovias.com or you can chat with Ángela at our WhatsApp number +56 9 34460158 to make a priority order request. In the event that we are able to produce a priority dress for weddings that are held in less than 6 weeks, we recommend that you book an appointment with a dressmaker to make any adjustments that may be necessary when the dress arrives.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
At the time of confirming the purchase you will receive your contract with a welcome sheet and a measurement sheet with all the instructions to take your measurements at home. Anyway, these are the basic measurements we need to define your size:
BUST - Full contour of the bust above the nipple.
UNDER BUST - Measure directly around the contour under the bust, where the bra elastic would normally go.
WAIST - Measure around the smallest part of your waist.
HIP - Contour around the fullest part of your hip.
SHOULDER TO BUST - From the middle of your shoulder to the middle of nipple.
SHOULDER A WAIST - From mid-shoulder, over the nipple to the smallest part of your waist.
SHOULDER A GROUND - From the shoulder bone to the ground in a straight line, without curving towards the body.
WAIST TO FLOOR - From the smallest part of your waist to the floor.
SHOULDER TO SHOULDER FRONT - From the widest point of the shoulder to the widest point of the opposite shoulder.
SHOULDER TO SHOULDER BACK - From the widest point of the shoulder to the widest point of the opposite shoulder.
BICEP – Measure around the widest part of your upper arm.
SLEEVE LENGTH - Keep arm extended at a 40° angle, measure from shoulder to wrist.
UNDER BUST UP TO THE BUST - Measure from the underbust over the nipple to the upper edge of the desired cup.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY IN CHILE
If you are in Chile, your dress will be sent by mail, chile express, starken or dhl which takes between 1 and 3 business days to arrive from the coordination date. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF CHILE)
We offer delivery worldwide. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express which takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.

TAXES
Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend brides ordering from outside of Chile to check with their import/customs department for cost estimates so they are aware of any charges that may be required.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
STANDARD CUSTOMIZED FOR THE BRIDE
As your dress is made especially for you in your size and height, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing fault. All items undergo a high grade professional quality control to ensure the fabrics and workmanship are of the highest standard.
We recommend that you try on the dress as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely circumstance that your dress does not fit you, you must contact aftersales@nevadanovias.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If you have lost or gained weight, we recommend that you contact our after-sales team for guidance and advice to your preferred local dressmaker or tailor. If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, shipping costs will be covered by NVD. You will need to provide updated measurements and images to our production team before the dress is returned. Any dress that is returned to NVD must be returned in the original packaging. If you wish to cancel your order before your measurements are set, the cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee ($350 USD) covers the administration, fabric allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation costs associated with your order. Once your measurements are entered, you will not be able to cancel your order as the dress will immediately have gone into production.
PRIORITY DRESS ORDER
As your wedding date is sooner than the standard time it takes to produce a custom designed gown, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for any adjustments or alterations that need to be made to your dress (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault). Once your measurements are taken, you will not be able to cancel your order as the dress will have immediately entered production. You will not be subject to any refund.
READY TO WEAR DRESS
You can change your purchase of ready-to-wear Nevada Novias or NVD subject to adherence to these terms. For hygiene reasons, this does not apply to earrings and lingerie. Changes are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the garment. Or before entering the adjustment workshop in case of being purchased directly in the store.
You must contact our friendly after-sales team aftersales@nevadanovias.com to arrange the return of your item. Once confirmed, we must receive your item within 7 days if you are in Chile or 12 days if you are abroad. Items must be in their original condition free of makeup, marks, and stains, and must not have been worn, altered, or laundered. Any labels must remain in place. We suggest that all items are tested as soon as they are received to ensure they can be exchanged within the specified time frame. Please try them on after showering to avoid contact with moisturizer, deodorant, or makeup. Also, please test yourself on a clean, carpeted or tiled floor.
All items will undergo quality control upon return. Exchanges are only available after items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass quality control, Customer Service will contact you with options.
In the event of a manufacturing fault, the return shipping costs will be borne by NVD. However, in the event of a change of mind, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to return your item and purchase of the new dress.
MODIFICATIONS
If you have any concerns upon receiving your dress, please contact us through after-sales: aftersales@nevadanovias.com within 7 days of receiving your dress and our team will evaluate your situation. Unfortunately, if your measurements change from what your post-sale consultant confirmed on your closing date (prior to the shipment of the garment), you will be responsible for any alteration fees incurred. If you decide to go to a third-party seamstress for any alterations to your dress, you will be responsible for these costs. However, we will be happy to advise you if you decide to consult a third seamstress.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact after-sales service. Upon evaluation by our team, if a manufacturing fault is found, all costs will be paid by NVD including shipping. If you choose not to send your dress to NVD for any reason, NVD will no longer be responsible.
SHOES
Please try on your shoes on a soft surface before wearing them. We will not accept shoes that are damaged or show signs of wear. Changes are accepted within 14 days of purchase. All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, all packaging and labels must be intact.
LINGERIE AND JEWELRY
To protect your health and the health of others, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on the purchase of pierced earrings, bodysuits and underwear. Please refer to our size chart for sizing recommendations or contact one of our online stylists contacto@nevadanovias.com for advice before ordering.
POLICY OF ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
The fact that you receive an electronic or other order confirmation does not mean that we accept your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Nevada Brides reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or reject your order for any reason. Your purchased items are for personal use only and may not be used for a commercial purpose. Following the cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All money received will be returned using the method received.
PRICES
The prices of our designs are subject to change without prior notice. If you have not made the purchase within the quote period (30 days) and the price has risen, we cannot honor the previous value.
Take into consideration for shipments that the country of destination may add duties and taxes to your package. You will be responsible for these at the time of delivery and they are not included in your order, the actual exchange rates charged to your credit card are set by your bank or credit card provider.
Please note that we are a company based in Chile and you may be charged an international transaction fee when ordering. This is done by your bank and we have no control over this fee. It is best to contact your bank if you have any questions.
CANCELLATION FEE
If you need to cancel your order in extreme circumstances, you can only do so as long as your dress has not yet started production. There is a cancellation fee ($350 USD) to cover the administration, fabric allocation, pre-production, and pattern preparation costs associated with your order. You should contact aftersales@nevadanovias.com to discuss the circumstances surrounding the cancellation well in advance of the production date.
DELIVERY
Delivery times provided by this website are estimates only; however, all orders require a minimum of 16 weeks for manufacture and delivery. NVD will not be responsible for late deliveries or for loss or damage related to late deliveries.
TAXES AND CHARGES
Shipping within Chile: When shipping within Chile, all prices are in Chilean pesos.
For other countries in the world, prices are in US dollars.
Your local customs authority may charge you duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are calculated based on which item was ordered, the value, and the destination of that order. We cannot estimate what these charges will be as they are collected by your local customs authority and vary from country to country. All charges must be paid by the customer to ensure your order is cleared through customs, failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the abandonment of your delivery.
SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES
Orders placed to be shipped to the United States are priced in dollars. Orders to the United States are shipped on a Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The North American-Chile Free Trade Agreement ensures that duties and taxes are kept to a minimum. However, as these orders are shipped DDU, you may be charged duties and taxes by your local customs authorities. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item ordered, the value, and the destination of that order. We cannot estimate what these charges will be as they are collected by your local customs authority and vary from state to state. All charges must be paid by the customer to ensure your order is cleared through customs, failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned.
